Delicious food and drink in our restaurant with outdoor terrace
You are very welcome at the modern restaurant Zeeuws Proeven with open-plan kitchen at our resort for a nice lunch or dinner. This child-friendly restaurant has a large outdoor terrace, situated by the play beach with a selection of play equipment. This means you can keep an eye on your children while you enjoy something to eat and drink on the terrace. Perfect for your family holiday!
Next to the restaurant, there is a snack bar in the main building where you can enjoy a good snack.
Building sandcastles or sunbathing on the play beach
Immediately behind the main building, next to the restaurant’s outdoor terrace, you will find the play beach with a selection of play equipment. This is a great place for building sandcastles and sunbathing. The water near the play beach is not suitable for swimming, but you are very welcome to go for a swim in the indoor or outdoor swimming-pool.
Have fun in our indoor or outdoor swimming-pool
Whether the weather is great or not so good during your holiday, you can always go for a swim at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Our resort has a heated outdoor swimming-pool as well as a heated indoor swimming-pool. The indoor swimming-pool has a bubble bench where you can relax and a toddlers’ pool for our youngest guests. It also has showers and changing rooms. The swimming-pool is not supervised.
Tip: If you love swimming, a stay in one or our Pool Homes is highly recommended. In these holiday homes, for a maximum of 8 to 12 guests, you have your own private indoor swimming-pool. Perfect for keen swimmers!
Bikes available to hire from the resort’s reception
Does exploring the area of Nieuwvliet-Bad by bike appeal to you? If so, visit the reception of Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, where you can hire high-quality city bikes, e-bikes, electric cargo bikes and children's bikes, with a choice of a different number of gears. You can also pick up find several bicycle routes and maps for a pleasant bike ride in the area. Camping trolleys and mobility scooters are also available.
Explore the best facilities and entertainment for children
Kids will have a great time during your stay! The main building has a Mio Kids Club, where our entertainment team organises the best activities on public holidays and during holiday periods. Will you dance along to Mio’s cheerful music?
There are also several play areas at the resort, and the main building has a nice play loft. The play loft has different play areas and a stage. There is no charge for using the play loft. The play loft is not supervised.
Mini jeeps for children
Especially for our youngest holiday guests there are mini jeeps at our resort! Children can go on a ride with our cool cars (for a fee) and get their jeep driver’s license.
Get delicious, freshly baked rolls and your everyday essentials from the minimarket
The main building also has a minimarket, where you can get your everyday essentials. You will never run out of anything during your stay at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad!
Here you can also get freshly baked rolls every morning. Order your breakfast in advance and enjoy a delicious meal in your own accommodation.
