Practical information about Dormio Waterpark Langelille

Pets: Pets are welcome in some of the beach lodges that accommodate 4 to 6 people at Dormio Waterpark Langelille (you must notify us when booking). There is a pet surcharge of €6 per pet, per night. You must always inform us if you bring a pet/pets.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: Upon arrival, the reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay based on the group composition. The deposit is between €50 and €500 per stay. After your departure, your holiday home will be checked for cleanliness, inventory and any damage. Following a positive inspection, the deposit will be refunded to your account. If our housekeeping service has to carry out any repairs or cleaning, it is possible that all or part of your deposit will be retained.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!

Preferential booking: Some holiday homes have additional facilities. Do you have a specific accommodation or a house number as a preference that you would like to book? Then please call our Contact Center. Making a preferential booking may incur a surcharge.

Fireworks-free: Dormio Waterpark Langelille is a fireworks-free park. We cannot completely exclude possible noise disturbance from outside the park and there is no enforcement.
