All holiday homes offer free car parking available nearby or in the central car park at the resort entrance.

The barriers are open from 07:00–23:00 hours. The barriers can be opened using the barrier card issued to you when you checked in. If the barriers are closed, you can park your car in the central car park at the resort entrance. You can leave any time of the day.

Reception: The reception is open daily from 8 am to 3 pm. On check-in days and weekends, reception is open longer. You can check in from 4 pm. Check the Guest Compass for current opening hours.

Good to know

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The surcharge for pets is € 6,00 per pet, per night. Pets are always upon request.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. This sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The deposit is € 500 per apartment.

Service charges: The service charges are the costs for compulsory final cleaning and the use of bed linen.

Fireworks-free: Dormio Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a fireworks-free resort. We cannot completely exclude possible noise disturbance from outside the resort and there is no enforcement.

The restaurant is temporarily closed. The take-away, however, is open. You are also welcome at Restaurant Zeeuws Proeven at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, just 500 meters from the resort.
