Reception: The reception desk is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm and is available by phone 24/7. You can check in from 4 pm.
't Proeflokaal Eten: 't Proeflokaal Eten is open for breakfast from 7 am to 10 am (with walk ins until 9:30 am) on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am (with walk ins until 10 am) on weekends. For dinner, you are welcome Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 pm to 8 pm and Friday and Saturday from 5 pm to 9 pm.
't Proeflokaal Drinken: 't Proeflokaal Drinken is open Monday, Friday to Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm and Wednesday and Thursday from 4 pm to 11 pm. For lunch, the kitchen is open Monday, Friday through Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm.
Dousberg Snack: Dousberg Snack is open at Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 pm to 9 pm.
Minimarket and bakery: The minimarket and bakery are open daily from 8 am to 6 pm for your fresh rolls and other essentials.

Good to know

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Resort Maastricht. The surcharge for pets is € 39.50 per pet, per stay. In the Kids and Wellness Houses, Castellum apartments and Dormio Hotel De Prins van Oranje, pets are not allowed.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. The amount will be refunded, after verification, within 7 days after departure. The amount of the deposit is based on the type of accommodation and the number of accommodations rented: for 2 to 14 person accommodations € 300 per accommodation, for 14 person and larger € 500 per accommodation and for the Master Villas € 800 per villa.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!

Preferential booking: Do you have a specific accommodation as a preference that you would like to book? If so, contact our Contact Center by phone. Placing a preferential booking may be subject to a surcharge.

General information: To ensure all our guests can enjoy a carefree stay, we would ask you to respect a number of house rules. For example, you are not allowed to use sound equipment or mobile speakers in the open air around the rented accommodation. We also expect our guests to respect the peace and quiet of other guests at the resort during the day and in particular at night after 23:00 hours. Read all the house rules here.

Fireworks-free: Dormio Resort Maastricht is a fireworks-free resort. We cannot completely exclude possible noise disturbance from outside the resort and there is no enforcement.

Yes, dogs are allowed in many of our accommodation units. Pets are not allowed in Prestige apartments, Castellum apartments, the Castellum Tower Apartment and Kids and Wellness Homes.

The cost for adding a dog to your booking is € 39.50 per dog per accommodation unit.
