Practical information about Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Mont Blanc

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Mont Blanc. The surcharge for pets is € 45 per pet, per stay.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or with credit card. The sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The deposit is € 150 or € 300. If you rent 2 or more accommodation units, the deposit will be € 600.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!

Preferential booking: Do you have a specific accommodation as a preference that you would like to book? If so, contact our Contact Center by phone. Placing a preferential booking may be subject to a surcharge.

Accommodations: Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Mont Blanc has 52 units, namely: Studio Du Moine (8), Apartment Les Perrons (8), Apartment Du Dru (9), Apartment Du Grépon (4), Duplex Apartment Du Tour (3), Apartment Les Droites (9), Duplex Apartment Des Posettes (5) and Apartment De Mesure (6).

Reduced mobility: Our resort has one apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility. This is an Apartment Les Droites where you can use an indoor wheelchair and a lifting harness for the bedroom which you can also use at the swimming-pool. In addition, the bathroom of this accommodation is adapted and there is a ramp to the garden. If you wish to book this adapted accommodation, please contact our reservations department.

Luggage service: We can take your luggage to your accommodation if you prefer. There is a surcharge for this service of €20.

Cleaning during your stay: It is possible to have your accommodation cleaned by us during your stay. The price for this depends on the size of your apartment. Please ask at reception

Laundry and ironing service: Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Mont Blanc has a laundry and ironing service. There is a surcharge for this service. Please ask at reception.
