Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Grand Massif. The surcharge for pets is € 39.50 per pet, per stay.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or with credit card. The sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The deposit is € 300. If you rent 2 accommodation units or more, the deposit will be € 500.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!

Accommodation: Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Grand Massif has 41 accommodation units, namely: Apartment Arolle (6), Apartment Dahu (5), Apartment Marvel (9), Duplex Chalet Gentianes (4), Apartment Aigle Noir (7), Duplex Apartment Perce Neige (4), Chalet Bergin (2), Chalet Cascades (2) and Chalet Sarbotte (1).

Reduced mobility: Our resort has one accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility. This is an Apartment Dahu where you have access to an adapted shower and toilet. If you wish to book this accommodation, please contact our Contact Center.

Luggage service: If required, we can deliver your luggage to your accommodation. A surcharge applies. Some luggage trolleys are available to bring your luggage to the apartment. For an extra charge of € 20 per trolley, we can deliver your luggage to the apartment.

Cleaning during your stay: It is possible to have your accommodation cleaned by us during your stay. The following prices apply for extra cleaning: (prices per type) We will also gladly bring you extra towels and clean bed linen if you wish. A surcharge applies. For 1 bed € 8 and for a 2 bed € 16. That means bed linen and a bath towel and bath mat per bathroom.

Launderette: Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Grand Massif has a launderette with professional machines (2 washing machines and a dryer) (per wash € 6 and dryer € 4) and an ironing board and iron, which are at your disposal free of charge.
