Practical info about Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor

General information: Because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for people in a wheelchair. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor. The surcharge for pets is € 45 per pet, per stay.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. This sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The deposit is € 300. If you rent 2 or more accommodation units, the deposit will be € 500.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!

Overnight stay tax: as of 1 January 2025, the municipality of Heimbach charges an Ubernachtungsabgabe (overnight stay tax) for stays in Heimbach. This tax replaces the tourist tax and amounts to 9% of the accommodation costs. Any extras to be booked are not charged. The accommodation tax is automatically added to the receipt for new bookings.
