Pets: Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Would you like your pets to accompany you in Maastricht? Have a look at our accommodations at Dormio Resort Maastricht, where dogs are welcome in most of the accommodation units and at the resort.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. This sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The amount of the deposit is based on the maximum number of guests per accommodation unit or the number of accommodation units you are hiring.

Service charges: The service charges of our apartments include the costs of the final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your stay properly! Daily cleaning is included in the price for hotel rooms and suites.

Preferential booking: Do you have a specific accommodation as a preference that you would like to book? If so, contact our Contact Center by phone. Placing a preferential booking may be subject to a surcharge.
