To guarantee that we are able to keep improving our service and offer our guests the perfect holiday experience, every guest receives a survey upon departure. After checking out, our guests receive an invitation to complete an online survey. Only guests that stayed with us receive an invitation to write a review. So, the reviews that are published on our website are verified reviews from holidaymakers who actually stayed at the place in question. Our guests wrote the reviews voluntarily and have not been paid to do so. The guests gave permission for the publication. This is done anonymously unless the guest chooses to leave their name visible.

The reviews and corresponding ratings are collected by us and read before they get published. We show an average of the review ratings on our website, so future guests have a good image of the experiences of past visitors. This average rating is based on reviews with and without a comment. On our website we only show reviews with a comment. The reviews are shown from newest to oldest, sorted by language. Reviews in the language of the website are show first, other reviews are automatically translated to English.
